At Earthx2025 in Dallas, Sustainable Brands® (SB) and EarthX celebrated 10 standout companies as Brand Heroes—recognized for game-changing sustainability leadership and innovation.

Honored during the Circular Economy Conference’s opening session, the recognized companies—Amazon, Crocs, General Mills, Henkel, Logitech, Mars, Procter & Gamble, REI, Sephora, and Walmart—are reshaping markets with initiatives driving measurable environmental and social progress.
Amazon: Decarbonizing Global Shipping
Amazon was awarded for overhauling its shipping operations to hit net-zero emissions by 2040. With 100,000 electric Rivian vans and leadership in sustainable aviation fuel adoption, Amazon is “setting new industry benchmarks for low-carbon shipping and responsible logistics.”
Crocs: Innovating Circular Fashion
Crocs stood out for its shoe recycling program and its carbon-cutting Croslite™ material. By focusing on long-lasting designs and donation initiatives, “Crocs is redefining circular fashion.”
General Mills: Scaling Regenerative Farming
Recognized for promoting soil health and resilience, General Mills is advancing regenerative agriculture on 1 million acres of farmland by 2030, helping farmers drive long-term sustainability.
Henkel: Incentivizing Sustainable Behavior
Henkel is transforming sustainability through economic levers like deposit return systems and consumer reward programs. “Henkel is shaping a more sustainable marketplace with financial rewards that drive lasting environmental change.”

Walmart is targeting 100% renewable energy by 2035 and reducing refrigerant emissions. Its supplier-focused Project Gigaton and clean energy advocacy “set a new benchmark for corporate sustainability.”
