Adding climate targets, say industry leaders, will strengthen the \u201clevel playing field\u201d and create long-term certainty for investors, workers, and nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-technical-and-financial-tools-in-the-spotlight\"><strong>Technical and Financial Tools in the Spotlight<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Member states have already agreed to reach zero or near-zero emissions by 2050 with a just and equitable transition.
