Business Transformation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the UN Global Compact launched its first-ever <strong>CMO Blueprint for Sustainable Growth<\/strong>, a guide designed to empower Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) to lead business transformation through sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe need for action has never been greater \u2014 and neither has the opportunity,\u201d<\/em> said <strong>Sanda Ojiambo, CEO and Executive Director of the UN Global Compact<\/strong>. <em>\u201cThe CMO Blueprint for Sustainable Growth is both a call to action and a practical roadmap.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-framework-built-by-marketing-leaders-for-marketing-leaders\"><strong>A Framework Built by Marketing Leaders, for Marketing Leaders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Created by the UN Global Compact\u2019s CMO Think Lab \u2014 a group of global marketing executives \u2014 the Blueprint defines three ambitions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a unified framework for sustainable marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide industry benchmarks to assess and improve sustainability integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a collaborative ecosystem of brands and partners committed to systemic change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Blueprint is structured around <strong>five strategic pillars<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Growth Strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand Strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communications, Advertising and Media<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration and Partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These pillars are supported by an interactive online hub where stakeholders can share best practices, case studies, and tools to drive transformation at scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cannes-lions-becomes-the-launchpad\"><strong>Cannes Lions Becomes the Launchpad<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The launch takes center stage at the Cannes Lions Festival (16\u201320 June), with the Blueprint showcased at the <strong>EverGrow greenhouse<\/strong> in the LIONS Sustainability Hub \u2014 a new collaboration with ACT Responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A high-profile launch event will be held on <strong>19 June at 15:30 CET<\/strong> on the <strong>Lions Terrace Stage<\/strong>, featuring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Raja Rajamannar<\/em>, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Mastercard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Cristina
