It was in this atmosphere that Heeta Lakhani<\/strong>, SDG News Chief Correspondent, sat down with Juan Carlos Monterrey<\/strong>, Panama\u2019s Special Representative for Climate Change and Vice President of the COP30 Bureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
