McCullough’s efforts focus on two parallel workstreams: providing hands-on guidance to S&P 500 companies launching their inaugural climate transition plans and supporting investors in advocating for credible, time-bound climate actions in their portfolio companies. His work has not only helped corporations embrace sustainable practices but has also elevated investor engagement in corporate climate responsibility.

Before joining Ceres in 2019, Tyler gained experience in environmental nonprofits, clean energy, and political fundraising. He holds dual degrees in Environmental Science and International Relations from Tufts University and is an FSA Credential Holder from the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation.
