The ocean economy spans sectors like <strong>renewable energy, coastal infrastructure, maritime transport, sustainable fisheries, aquaculture<\/strong>, and <strong>ports<\/strong>\u2014each offering <strong>commercially viable, scalable<\/strong> opportunities with both <strong>financial returns<\/strong> and <strong>climate resilience benefits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>De-Risk Ocean Investments<\/strong><br>The private sector must be supported through <strong>concessional finance, first-loss guarantees<\/strong>, and other tools to reduce capital costs.
